This is a very cool place! It's a tasting room in downtown and they serve some cheese and crackers to help out with all the wine they serve. They don't own vineyards, but make wine with grapes bought from different vineyards, several from Paso Robles. Great wines and a great tasting experience. Tasting is $10 but if you order a bottle it is waved! You can't beat the incredible wines, awesome staff and friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly.

They've been particularly interested in the three great Italian red varietals: Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Aglianico.

Don't expect much when you walk in - the tasting location is literally just in a warehouse, but that's...
