The wines produced at Allinda fall into three inspirational philosophies: Riesling and Pinot noir are classical culinary essentials - most suited to the widest variety of food.
Innovation and creativity are represented by the Podium (sparkling Riesling), Alba Toro (New variety from Spain) and Double Picked (fortified) Riesling. Chardonnay and Cabernet are unquestionable regional and international heroes, the Allinda objective being to make stylish, refined examples of these classics in a region eminently suited to them.
